A Graduate in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering and Business Management, Jim has worked for 31 years on Ford tractor projects. As a member of the Lincolnshire Independents, Lincolnshire First group, Jim is not aligned to any national political party. Jim is free to speak and vote independently.

Spilsby's District Councillor since 2003, Jim has championed issues such as parking, facilitated housing development in the town and expansion of the Industrial estate. Jim is concerned for the future of our historic markets and believes economic development is the key to Lincolnshire 's prosperity. He advocates putting Lincolnshire and its residents first and wants better value quality services for taxpayers.
