My family and I have greatly enjoyed living in this beautiful part of Lincolnshire for the past 23 years.

Being involved in a local family business I am very aware of the importance of ensuring the future economic well being of this county, not only for this generation of residents but future ones too. My wife works for a local charity concerned with the issues that affect older people. This has given me an invaluable insight into the challenges that face some of our more vulnerable residents.

I have been fortunate to serve as a Governor at St Andrew's C.E. Primary School for over ten years and as Chairman of Governors for 3 of those years. I am also pleased to be involved in the Friends of Jubilee Park as Chairman to a dedicated and effective committee of concerned residents. Our fight continues to secure the funding allocated to the refurbishment of the pool and facilities.

I am currently serving as an East Lindsey District Councillor and I am a member of the Planning Committee and a Scrutiny Committee. This work is both challenging and rewarding as I know decisions directly affect communities. It would be a privilege to represent this ward at Lincolnshire County Council. I feel that my community involvement and my experience as a District Councillor has given me a good understanding of local issues and concerns which I am committed to addressing for the benefit of all residents.
